It is the floor, and most projects land within twenty percent of it. After a first call you get a fixed quote with the scope written down — that number does not move unless you ask for something new, and you approve the change before any work starts.
Most do not fit exactly. The plans exist so you arrive with a sense of the order of magnitude, not so you have to pick one. Describe the shape of the thing and we will quote it.
Projects are split in three: forty percent to book the dates, thirty at design sign-off, thirty on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly, in advance. All prices exclude VAT.
You do, in full, once the final invoice is settled — editable source files included. We ask only for permission to show the work in our portfolio, and we hold it back for as long as you need.
Three rounds cover almost everything, because feedback is gathered and sent as one voice rather than one comment at a time. Beyond that, extra rounds are billed at the day rate and quoted before they start.
Yes, with thirty days of notice, at any point. There is no annual contract and no cancellation fee. Unused days do not roll over — the point is a rhythm, not a bank of hours.
Sometimes. If your number is well below the floor, say so in your first message. We will tell you honestly whether a smaller piece of work would help, or point you somewhere better suited — it costs one email to find out.
We take two projects at a time, so there is usually a two to four week wait before a start date. Booking early costs nothing and holds the slot.
